Delete Your Globinn Account

Globinn is developed and operated by Shakuntalam Labs.

We respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to permanently delete your Globinn account and associated personal data.

You can request account deletion using either of the methods below.

Option 1 – Delete Your Account from the App (Recommended)

If you have access to your account, you can permanently delete it directly from the Globinn app.

Steps:

  1. Open the Globinn app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Manage Your Profile.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion request.

Option 2 – Contact Support

If you are unable to access your account or cannot delete it through the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Registered mobile number
  • Registered email address (if applicable)
  • Your full name

What Happens After You Request Account Deletion

Once your request is received and verified:

  • Your Globinn account will be permanently deleted.
  • You will no longer be able to access your account.
  • Your personal information associated with your account will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data That Will Be Deleted

The following information will be permanently deleted from your Globinn account where applicable:

  • Profile information
  • Name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Saved preferences
  • Wishlist
  • Account settings
  • Login information
  • Other personal information associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes.

This may include:

  • Booking history
  • Transaction records
  • Tax or financial records
  • Records required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance

Such information will only be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days after successful verification.
